Junior Implementation Consultant – SaaS for forsikring (Axon)

Your tasks

Keylane is seeking a Junior Implementation Consultant for its Norwegian Insurance team. You will join in implementing and further developing Axon, Keylane's SaaS platform for skadeforsikring, which supports core processes such as policy, underwriting, billing, and claims handling. You will learn insurance and Axon on the job, alongside experienced consultants.

• Analyze customer needs and contribute to functional design and good solutions
• Translate business needs into setup and configuration in Axon
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues on implementation, testing, and validation
• Contribute to policy validation, data migration, and problem-solving in customer projects
• Share knowledge and gradually take on greater responsibility in the team's deliveries

Requirements

• Education in IT, informatikk, computer science, business IT, or equivalent relevant experience
• Good IT understanding and enjoyment of analytical problems
• You listen well, ask good questions, and can explain how you arrive at a solution
• Comfortable with customer dialogue and good English, both oral and written
• Curious about insurance, SaaS, and how business processes become system solutions

Advantage: experience from insurance, but it is not a requirement.
