Implementation Consultant (mid-level) – SaaS for insurance (Axon)

Your tasks

Do you want to work closely with customers with a SaaS product that drives the core processes in insurance companies?

Keylane is seeking a mid-level Implementation Consultant for its Norwegian Insurance team. You will translate business needs into solutions in Axon, Keylane's SaaS platform for non-life insurance, and contribute to functional design and customer projects. Axon is learned on the job.

• Analyze customer processes and functional needs
• Contribute to functional design, product strategy, and solutions in Axon
• Translate requirements into system setup and configuration where appropriate
• Collaborate with the customer on implementation, testing, and validation
• Contribute to policy validation, data migration, and problem-solving in customer projects
• Advise customers and share knowledge with colleagues and other stakeholders

The role is a functional and customer-oriented consultant role in a product company – not primarily a developer position. Configuration may be included, but is not the main focus.

Requirements

• Experience from customer-oriented IT, implementation, onboarding, or functional consulting
• Good IT understanding combined with analytical thinking and the ability to see the big picture
• Confident in customer dialogue – you listen well, ask precise questions, and explain solutions clearly
• Good English, both oral and written

Advantage: experience from insurance, insurtech, or business-critical systems, but it is not an absolute requirement.
