Technical Support Engineer

Passionate about technology? We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in helpdesk, device administration, and Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Engineering degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years in IT support (level 1, level 2, and level 3).
• Intermediate/Advanced English (conversational).
• Skills: customer orientation, communication, proactivity, organization, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities:

• Level 1, 2, and 3 Support (remote, on-site, and helpdesk).
• Configuration and management of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.
• Management of accounts, access, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Logging and tracking of incidents, escalating when appropriate.

These will be your daily activities:

• You will be the first point of contact for users: you will handle hardware, software, and network incidents via helpdesk, remote, and on-site support.
• You will configure, deploy, and maintain company devices (Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals).
• You will administer the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• You will manage accounts and permissions, and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• You will log, track, and resolve tickets; escalate complex problems and collaborate with teams for their resolution.
