Must-have:Hybrid

About the company

We're looking for a SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join a small, friendly and growing business where your contribution will genuinely make a difference.

This is not a role where you're just another number. You'll be a valued member of the team.

What does the company do? Our client operates within the managed print and office technology sector, offering businesses a smarter, more cost-effective way to manage their printing and document needs.

Alongside this, they are committed to a more sustainable approach, helping businesses reduce waste and operate more responsibly.

Your tasks

  • Making outbound calls to businesses across a range of sectors
  • Introducing services, building interest and creating opportunities
  • Following up on marketing campaigns and mailers
  • Qualifying prospects and booking appointments for the wider team
  • Maintaining and cleansing CRM data to ensure accuracy
  • Diarising follow-ups and managing your own pipeline
  • Building rapport and long-term relationships with potential clients
  • Working closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities
  • Contributing ideas to improve campaigns and outreach

There is opportunity to attend meetings with customers and develop your career further into a more client-facing role.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy the front end of the sales process, opening conversations, creating opportunities and being part of a team that values quality over volume.

Requirements

If you enjoy building conversations, opening doors, and being recognised and rewarded for your effort, this could be exactly what you've been looking for.

If you're currently in a role where your efforts go unnoticed or where you're getting little reward, this is your chance to step into something more engaging and where you'll feel valued.

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, business development or a similar role
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
  • Proactive, self-motivated and organised
  • Able to handle objections and keep conversations positive and productive
  • Good attention to detail, especially when managing data and follow-ups
  • Someone who enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment
