Manage production resources to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, quantity, and delivery time.

• Supervise and Coach the team to achieve production goals
• Develop personnel to possess the knowledge required to support future growth directions

-Normal working days/hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Engineering, Food Technology, IE, or related fields Must have 15 years or more of experience in the food manufacturing industry Good English language skills; able to understand difficult, complex content and long sentences Knowledge of food quality systems, food safety, and production machinery Good personality, agile, with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, time management skills, adaptability, coordination and communication skills, leadership, team management, and creativity Computer skills in MS-Office, etc. Able to work in shifts or work overtime in some cases Able to adapt to organizational culture and work under pressure If selected for an interview, applicants must prepare a presentation file according to the interview conditions If interested, send an English Resume/CV via E-mail or via Jobthai Special consideration will be given to applicants whose qualifications strictly match the announcement
