Product Pioneer
BUILD THE PRODUCTS OF TOMORROW
Why does one product become a favorite in salons worldwide, while another idea never makes it past the drawing board? As a Product Pioneer, you discover what hairdressers and consumers need and help translate those insights into products that matter.
We are looking for two curious talents for our Global Product Team. You will work on projects within Care, Styling, 1922, and Premium Care. From researching trends and developing concepts to preparing an international launch: you will see how a product grows from idea to salon.
This is a role for someone at the beginning of their career, with room to learn and take on responsibility. You will receive your own projects and clear responsibilities, while the Global Category Lead guides and coaches you. As you grow, the scope of your role grows with you.
MISSION
- You spot developments in salons, consumer behavior, and the market and translate them into opportunities for KEUNE.
- You help develop product concepts, positionings, business cases, and project briefings.
- You take responsibility for defined innovation projects and keep actions, decisions, and deadlines moving.
- You work with colleagues from R&D, Education, Regulatory, Quality, Creative, Operations, and Finance on everything needed to realize a product.
- You support product testing, claims, packaging, and technical and commercial materials.
- You analyze the portfolio, competitors, and sales results and come up with concrete recommendations.
- You help prepare international launches and follow how products perform afterwards.
- You identify risks in time and think along about solutions.
- Additionally, you will receive your own Pioneer Project: a chance to research and develop an improvement or innovation idea yourself into a proposal.
YOU
You don't need to know everything about product management yet. You primarily want to learn. You are curious about beauty and professional hair care, enjoy working with different people, and take initiative when you see that something can be improved. You have a HBO or WO degree, or a comparable level of work and thinking, for example in marketing, business administration, innovation, product development, or a related field. You can structure information well, maintain an overview of multiple actions, and feel comfortable working with data. You can also express yourself well in English. Have you already gained experience in beauty, product management, marketing, or consumer goods through an internship or first job? That's a plus. We find your curiosity, potential, and willingness to take responsibility at least as important.
