ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for all hotel departments.
• Identify training needs, skills gaps, and development opportunities across teams.
• Design induction programs for new employees, ensuring alignment with hotel standards and culture.
• Coordinate ongoing professional development and refresher courses for staff at all levels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training supports operational goals and service excellence.
• Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Promote a learning culture and motivate staff to continually improve skills and performance.
• Stay updated on hospitality industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance training content.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Proven experience in a training, HR, or learning & development role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and staff development practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
