Agri-food Buyer - Organic Ingredients (M/F)

We are strengthening our team and recruiting: A Buyer M/F

Reporting to the Purchasing Director, your mission will revolve around the following axes:

• Manage supplier relationships: sourcing, volume negotiation, quality, price, lead times, listing, .
• Manage purchasing administration by following contracts, orders, delivery times, updates of item files in the ERP, . ;
• Ensure the coordination of commercial needs and stock levels,
• Create contracts in the ERP and ensure their management and follow-up with the replenishment officer,
• Source and carry out the listing of new products
• Organize and coordinate the listing/delisting of products and suppliers
• Ensure dispute resolution and follow-up of non-conformities with the quality department,
• Perform effective reporting and alert in case of deviations

To support you in taking up your duties, we will provide you with a complete integration process and internal training on all our processes and products.

Profile: You have a Bac +3/+5 degree specialized in purchasing and supply chain. Autonomous, structured, and rigorous, you possess a good knowledge of purchasing processes in the food sector. You are a skilled negotiator and communicative by nature to interact with suppliers and the various departments with which you collaborate. Curious and possessing a sensitivity for high-quality food products, you are interested in seasonality and are sensitive to market specificities (evolution, novelty, regulation, .) Mastery of English, both spoken and written, is imperative. You are comfortable with an ERP IT environment and master Excel.

Contract: Contrat à durée indéterminée Status: Agent de maitrise evolving to cadre Weekly working hours: Monday to Friday - Forfait jours (39h weekly) + RTT Gross annual remuneration: 42 to 47K€ depending on experience + Collective profit-sharing + Mutuelle + Annual bonus after 1 year of seniority
