Cybersecurity Consultant

📍 Modality: Teleworking 📄 Contract: 6 months, with possibility of extension

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant with experience in security architecture, Ethical Hacking, and Red Team, Blue Team, and Purple Team methodologies, to design and implement cybersecurity strategies in Cloud and On-Premise environments.

Your main challenge will be to strengthen the organization's security, identify and manage vulnerabilities, and reduce the risks associated with the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, infrastructure, platforms, and services.

Academic background

• Professional in Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Postgraduate degree related to technology, network administration, and/or computer security.
• Master's in Cybersecurity completed or in the process of graduation.

Desirable certifications and knowledge

• Certifications in Ethical Hacking such as CEH, OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, or OSEE.
• Certification as an ISO 27001 Internal Auditor.
• Certification in Cloud security architecture: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ITIL, and COBIT.
• English B1.

Technical knowledge

• Cybersecurity architecture in Cloud and On-Premise environments.
• Ethical Hacking and penetration testing.
• Red Team, Blue Team, and Purple Team methodologies.
• OSSTMM and OWASP.
• Vulnerability management and remediation.
• Social engineering and auditing of networks, systems, web applications, and source code.
• Secure development and static code analysis tools.
• Scripting and programming at an advanced level.
• Management of security tools such as Firewalls, IPS, WAF, Antivirus, SIEM, and IDM.
• Risk management and cybersecurity incident response.

Required experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in:

• Cybersecurity architecture.
• Planning and execution of penetration tests.
• Ethical Hacking and social engineering.
• IT vulnerability management and remediation.
• Implementation of best practices and international cybersecurity standards.

Main responsibilities

• Design cybersecurity architectures for Cloud and On-Premise environments.
• Implement security strategies aligned with risk management and organizational objectives.
• Design and implement advanced Red Team, Blue Team, and Purple Team methodologies.
• Execute penetration tests and attack simulations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Strengthen defense and response mechanisms against cyberattacks.
• Manage vulnerabilities and remediation plans.
• Participate in the management of and response to cyber incidents.
• Define and monitor cybersecurity indicators and maturity models.
• Monitor compliance with security controls, policies, and guidelines.
• Generate compliance reports and action plans.
• Address requirements and inquiries related to Information Security and Cybersecurity.

What are we looking for?

A person with analytical thinking, orientation toward risk management, the ability to identify vulnerabilities, and practical experience in Ethical Hacking, Red Team, Blue Team, and Purple Team, with the ability to work in Cloud and On-Premise technological environments.
