Cake Baker

Assist in daily cake production, including baking sponge, coating, tart making Cut and wrap cakes Ensure all cakes are of quality and remove any cakes that are too small/not aesthetic Ensure preorders are reserved Participate in R&D of new products Maintain cleanliess and tidiness of workstations Wipedown all kitchen equipment at the end of each day Any other duties as required by the Company
