EHS Coordinator cum ECO

Job Description:
- Reports to the EHS Officer / Manager;
- Implement and monitor site EHS management system;
- Ensuring compliance to regulatory and corporate EHS policy and requirements by conducting regular inspection and internal audits;
- Pro-active to lead incident investigation, address the control measures and ensure that all incidents report is made in a timely manner;
- Oversee of all general activities with regards to EHS and Implementation of Health, Safety and Environment rules, regulations and procedures of the company;
- Ensure that relevant EHS documents, reports, communications and other requirements of EHS are kept properly in place;
- Prepare and implement Site Environmental Control Measures;
- Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities;
- Liaise with the government authorities, client and external provider on all environmental control issues.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health or higher.
- Certificate of Competency (COC) in Earth Control Measures (ECM) for Construction site Personnel aka ECMO.
- NEA registered ECO.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Civil works is preferred.
- Experienced in BTO HDB project.
