Following an internal mobility, the Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility Department is looking for its new Deputy Director.
Reporting to the Director of Performance and Digitalization of HR processes, Compensation, your main missions are as follows:
Define and implement compensation and benefits policies in line with the Group's HR and recognition strategy:
Structure and ensure the effective deployment of the job evaluation system for the Group.
Define and deploy performance management and compensation processes.
Ensure the role of Process Owner and the Global/Local balance.
Ensure the role of project owner (maitrise d'ouvrage) for the implementation of tools.
Define and manage the efficiency indicators of Compensation processes.
Ensure the operational management of the following processes:
Evaluation of managerial positions and proposals for associated compensation packages.
Salary review process (budget, negotiations, implementation, communication).
Structuring and calculation of variable compensation.
Management of Long Term compensation plans.
Definition and management of the protection and health insurance policy for all subsidiaries in France (approximately 150 subsidiaries and 35,000 employees).
Support to subsidiaries regarding employee savings (PEE-PERCO).
Ensure the management of the personnel secondment process (Intra Keolis, SNCF).
Conduct and manage key projects (European Directive, Global Benefits...), from the definition of needs to operational implementation, ensuring the coordination of stakeholders, respect for deadlines/budgets, and change management within the organization.
Support the mobility of Group employees (including internationally):
Definition and implementation of the geographic mobility policy for employees in France.
Definition and implementation of the international mobility policy.
Support across all dimensions (definition of packages, immigration, social coverage, tax support...)
Implementation of the logistical aspects of the geographic mobility of employees and their families.
Management of all service providers related to international mobility.
Manage the business travel policy.
Management of the C&B and mobility team composed of 4 people.
Contribute to the preparation of documents for the Group's Compensation and Human Resources Committee (CRRH).
Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 5 years in the service activities of an international group.
Ability to lead projects.
International dimension - fluent English.
Strong capacity for persuasion and influence.
Team spirit, listening skills, rigor, and interest in customer satisfaction.
Ability to structure processes and a continuous improvement approach.
