Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of company properties.

Prepare inspection reports with photos and videos.

Identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate artisans and contractors for repairs and maintenance works.

Obtain quotations and assist with procurement for maintenance activities.

Supervise maintenance and renovation works to ensure quality delivery.

Monitor the security and overall condition of company properties.

Liaise with tenants, neighbors, and service providers when required.

Maintain maintenance records and property documentation.

Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.

Immediately report emergencies or urgent maintenance issues.

Ensure company properties remain clean, secure, and in good condition.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Diploma 2 years of previous experience in a similar role

Location: Ilaro, Ogun State.
