Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Head of Procurement on behalf of a well-established and growing business.

Your tasks

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to lead a team, manage strategic supplier relationships and drive procurement strategy across the business.

• Leading and developing the Procurement team, ensuring effective performance and processes.
• Developing and implementing procurement and supply planning strategies.
• Managing key supplier relationships, negotiations and contracts.
• Overseeing inventory management, stock availability and supply chain risks.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement processes.
• Working closely with senior management and internal teams to support business growth.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
• Proven experience leading and developing a procurement team.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience managing international suppliers and complex supply chains.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP or procurement systems.
• Experience within FMCG or international supply chains would be advantageous.
