Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for a Customer Services & Operations Executive to join an established business based in Chessington.

This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things organised, stays one step ahead and makes sure customers receive a consistently high level of service. You’ll be dealing with a variety of enquiries, coordinating with different teams and helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing helpful and professional support by telephone and email.
  • Coordinate bookings, schedules, appointments and access requirements, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor ongoing issues and liaise with relevant teams, suppliers and third parties to ensure matters are dealt with promptly.
  • Produce regular reports and maintain accurate records, using internal systems to keep operational information organised.
  • Assist with the coordination of day-to-day activities, prioritising urgent requests and anticipating potential problems before they impact customers.

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination or a similar role where you have had to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to deal professionally with customers, colleagues and external contacts.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office , with the ability to learn and navigate new computer systems.
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Chessington and be able to work from the office Monday–Friday.
  • Able to have a bit of office banter as its quite a lively and friendly team!

We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and naturally organised , with the ability to remain composed when things get busy. You'll need a positive attitude, a practical approach to problem-solving and the personality to build good relationships with the people around you.

Salary: £26,000+ depending on experience
