Factory Worker

Responsibilities:

Assist in the production, processing, packaging, and labeling of products.

Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Sort, inspect, and package finished products for distribution.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality. Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or quality issues.

Report faulty products, machine malfunctions, or production challenges to the supervisor.

Follow quality control procedures and company production standards. Load and unload raw materials and finished products.

Move materials within the factory using approved handling procedures.

Assist with inventory counts and stock organization when required.

Ensure proper storage of materials and finished goods. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty.

Report workplace hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately. Work collaboratively with supervisors and other production staff.

Participate in shift meetings and training sessions.

Carry out other production-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an added advantage but not mandatory .

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and repetitive work.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
