Chef de Partie / Sous Chef

Pay: €36,650.00-€38,000.00 per year

Job Description: As we expand into our new kitchen a role has come available for a Chef de Partie to join our growing team.

Own Room accommodation is available "On Site" for employees of the company.

The Role:

• Assisting the Head chef and Sous Chef in preparing and presenting all dishes to our high standards.
• Working with the team to consistently deliver top class food.
• Adhering to food hygiene practices, HACCP compliance, and kitchen safety protocols.
• Supporting both chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Starting salary of €36,605 based on a 39 hour week.
