Your Tasks

• Development of order-specific transport solutions and implementation of packaging specifications
• Consolidation of orders into meaningful shipping units
• Creation of delivery notes, packing lists, weighing protocols, loading lists, and stowage plans
• Dispatching shipments and ordering suitable cargo space and containers from freight forwarders
• Negotiating freight prices within a specified framework
• Issuing shipping documents, transmitting shipment data online, and tracking shipments

Your Profile

• a completed subject-related vocational training as a Speditionskaufmann*-frau or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience as a Shipping Dispatcher.
• confident handling of common MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good English skills in speech and writing
• customer-oriented and committed way of working
• Teamwork, problem-solving skills, and goal orientation are a matter of course for you.
