We are looking for a Head of Controlling (m/f/d) for the Finance department

Your tasks

• Management and further development of the Controlling department
• Deputy to the Commercial Manager
• Contact person for domestic and international production sites
• Implementation of process optimizations and creation of process descriptions in Controlling
• Support for the management in the preparation of annual planning and forecast calculations
• Identification of cost reduction opportunities and subsequent monitoring of the implementation of measures
• Independent creation of analyses and reports to increase profitability, including reporting for large-scale projects
• Determination of key figures for internal and external reporting
• Investment and expenditure controlling
• Responsibility for the determination, maintenance, and further development of production-related hourly and allocation rates
• Calculation of machine, manufacturing, and overhead rates for various production areas
• Product result accounting
• Support for the SAP CO module

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the Controlling department of an internationally positioned manufacturing company
• You have very good knowledge of current MS Office programs and SAP
• You bring leadership experience
• You possess high analytical thinking skills and are characterized by an open and communicative manner, as well as a high degree of initiative
• High commitment, determination, independence, and reliability are a matter of course for you
• Very good English skills round off your profile
