Your tasks

• Support the further development of Kelvion's global Digital Learning and E-Learning landscape.
• Create engaging digital learning content using modern learning technologies.
• Analyze existing learning solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work together with global stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop assessments and interactive learning experiences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our initiatives in the field of "Learning & Development."

Your profile

• You are currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of "Learning & Development," Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• You have a strong interest in "Learning & Development," digital learning, or E-Learning.
• You possess excellent English skills.
• Structured and proactive way of working.
• Experience in creating digital content is an advantage.
