Product Quality Manager M/F (M/F)

Our client, an industrial company, is looking for a new Product Quality Manager M/F to join the teams.

In the context of a new opportunity, we offer a position of responsibility that is central to the company's brand image. Under the responsibility of the Quality Executive, you will contribute to improving the quality of the marketed products, while guaranteeing their compliance with the quality and regulatory requirements in force within the company.

Your main missions consist of the long-term quality monitoring of products and suppliers, as well as the processing of customer complaints, by defining and implementing solutions to improve product quality.

Your missions will be as follows:

Be the guarantor of the quality of incoming constituents (components, sub-components), work-in-progress, and outgoing products (finished products) in compliance with the output data from the BE .), and this throughout all phases of the product life cycle.

• Master supplier quality at an appropriate level and define requirements
• Support suppliers (training, assistance, audit)

• Manage customer non-conformities on products
• Be responsible for the testing laboratory as well as quality control tools (internally and externally),

• Manage tooling (molds, dies, cutting tools)
• Lead customer audits

• Conduct internal and external audits
• Supervise laboratory testing technicians

Profile With a Master's degree (BAC+5), engineer or university background, you have at least three years of experience in a technical industrial environment and an affinity for field quality. Rigorous, autonomous, reactive, you have a sense of responsibility and are comfortable in your internal and external relations with the company.

Proficiency in English is necessary (reading, speaking, writing). You know how to read a DAO plan. Knowledge of low-voltage network electrical equipment and associated standards, as well as audit techniques, is an asset.
