Thermal Test Engineer M/F (M/F)

Do you want to evolve in an innovative technical environment where system testing and validation are at the heart of projects? This position will allow you to intervene across the entire test cycle, from test preparation to the analysis of results, while collaborating with R&D teams, the Bureau d'Études, and technical partners.

Your missions

Reporting to the direction of the Bureau d'Études, your main responsibilities will be:

Participate in the development and improvement of testing means. Define and implement test protocols. Design models and prototypes to validate technical solutions. Perform component and system testing in accordance with current standards. Organize and manage qualification campaigns on test benches and in climatic environments. Program and commission test benches. Analyze results and write test reports intended for internal teams and clients. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methods, equipment, and procedures. Participate in technical studies in collaboration with the Bureau d'Études. Support and train new employees and interns. Occasionally coordinate the activities of test technicians. Profile With a higher education background in thermal engineering, mechanics, electrotechnics, or equivalent, you have a first experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.

Ideally, you possess the following skills:

Knowledge of air conditioning, heating, or thermal systems. Solid foundations in mechanics, electricity, and automation. Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as an ERP. English level C1 C2, both written and spoken. Knowledge of metrology. Knowledge of Vibration and acoustics is appreciated. Electrical and refrigerant fluid certifications are a real asset.
