Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (degree certificate not indispensable).
- Intermediate-advanced or bilingual English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in local and foreign recruitment.
- Experience recruiting operational, administrative, technical, specialized, and management positions.
- Management of job boards, LinkedIn, and social networks for talent attraction.
- Experience in client service and follow-up.
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and service attitude.
Main activities
- Posting and managing vacancies on different platforms.
- Searching and attracting talent through various recruitment sources.
- Interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Following up on the selection process from start to finish.
- Constant communication with the client to follow up on assigned positions.
- Coordination of interviews and the hiring process.
- Compliance with coverage indicators and response times.
- Preparation of reports and vacancy follow-up.
