Main responsibilities Posting and dissemination of vacancies on different platforms. Talent sourcing and attraction. Interviews and candidate evaluation. Follow-up with candidates during the various stages of the process. Compliance with indicators and coverage times.

Completed Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection. Conversational English is indispensable. Experience in interviews, resume screening, and candidate follow-up. Management of different recruitment sources and achievement of coverage objectives.
