Project Manager - Advanced English

Your tasks

We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to lead digital projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that drive efficiency and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities Project Management Lead the full lifecycle of e-commerce projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution, implementation, and launch. Planning and Coordination Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for each project. Develop and maintain detailed schedules and work plans to ensure the fulfillment of established objectives. Team Management Coordinate and motivate internal and external teams. Assign tasks and ensure that all members clearly understand their functions and responsibilities. Communication Act as the central point of contact among all involved stakeholders. Provide periodic updates on project progress to senior management and the corresponding teams. Risk Management Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and obstacles that may affect project success. Analysis and Optimization Use data and indicators to evaluate project performance. Detect opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure that implemented solutions increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. (Intern or Graduate)

Experience More than 3 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager, preferably in e-commerce companies or the technology sector. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Management of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Strong results orientation. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Desirable Certifications in project management such as PMP, CSM, or similar. Languages Advanced English mandatory (B2-C1 level) for communication with international teams.
