Key Account Manager – San Luis Potosí

Are you passionate about commercial development and do you have experience in retail, autoservicio, and export? We are looking for a professional to lead key account management in the autoservicio and retail channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial relationship with key accounts in the autoservicio channel.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, conditions, and growth strategies with retail buyers and marketplaces.
  • Protect business profitability through margin control.
  • Identify portfolio expansion opportunities.
  • Follow up on forecast, sell in/sell out, fill rate, market share, and other commercial indicators.
  • Coordinate exports to Estados Unidos, Centroamérica, and Sudamérica.
  • Collaborate with different internal areas to ensure operational compliance.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial positions within retail/autoservicio.
  • Solid negotiation skills with national or regional chains.
  • Experience in inventory tracking, order suggestion, YoY sales analysis, and commercial KPIs.
  • Advanced Excel, CRM and ERP management.
  • Intermediate/advanced English.
  • Desirable experience in manufactura, consumo, pet product retail, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce.
