Jr Process Engineer - Superior Benefits and Direct Hiring

We are looking for technical talent to join our team as an Electronic Process Engineer, participating directly in the optimization, programming, and validation of electronic card production processes.

What will your mission be? You will be responsible for programming, adjusting, and providing support to different electronic manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring they operate efficiently and comply with quality and production standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support directly on the production floor, addressing and resolving process needs.
• Generate and adjust programs for solder paste printers.
• Perform profiling of reflow ovens.
• Generate and interpret thermal profiles of reflow ovens, ensuring optimal conditions for the soldering process.
• Generate programs for Router equipment.
• Generate programs and perform adjustments for wave soldering and/or selective soldering processes.
• Generate and interpret wave soldering and selective soldering profiles.
• Program and adjust Press Fit equipment.
• Participate in the validation of manufacturing tooling and devices, including:
• Stencils
• Wave pallets
• Assembly plates
• Production devices and fixtures
• Analyze improvement opportunities and propose adjustments that contribute to the stability, quality, and efficiency of electronic processes.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a person with knowledge in:

• Electronics and electronic manufacturing processes
• Programming and configuration of production equipment
• SMT and/or Through Hole processes
• Reflow, wave, and selective soldering
• Interpretation of thermal and soldering profiles
• Paste printing equipment, SPI, Router, and Press Fit
• Tooling and devices used in electronic manufacturing

Preferably: experience or knowledge in programming electronic processes and manufacturing equipment.
