General Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Modality: On-site.

Location: Querétaro.

Gross monthly salary: $40,000 MXN.

Job Objective: Comprehensive management of the club. Annual budget. Supervision of all areas. Relationship with the Board. Development of new services. Profitability indicators. Comprehensively direct the operation, administration, and strategy of the Club, guaranteeing its financial sustainability, excellence in member service, operational safety, and sports development. Ensure the fulfillment of institutional objectives through the coordination of all areas: sports, administrative, maintenance, member service, communication, human resources, and external providers.

Main functions:

  • Define and execute the Club's annual strategic plan in coordination with the Steering Committee.
  • Supervise the daily operation of all areas to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
  • Guarantee the correct administration of facilities, services, sports programs, and social activities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (financial, operational, sports, and member satisfaction).

Financial and Administrative Management. Manage the Club's general budget, ensuring financial discipline and efficient use of resources. Supervise income, fees, expenses, contracts, purchases, and financial reports. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and tax obligations. Evaluate investments, improvement projects, and infrastructure needs.

Leadership and Human Resources Management. Direct and develop the Heads of each area of the Club. Supervise recruitment, training, performance, and work climate processes. Ensure compliance with labor policies, internal regulations, and organizational culture. Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and service-oriented work environment.

Member Relations and User Experience. Guarantee an excellent experience for members in all areas of the Club. Address concerns, suggestions, and special situations with a resolutive and diplomatic approach. Implement initiatives to improve member satisfaction, participation, and loyalty.

Institutional Relations and Communication. Represent the Club before authorities, providers, sponsors, and sports organizations. Supervise institutional communication, public relations, and crisis management. Ensure consistency in messages, regulations, and internal guidelines.

Project and Maintenance Supervision. Coordinate infrastructure, remodeling, or expansion projects for the Club. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and sports areas. Guarantee optimal conditions of safety, hygiene, and operation.

Indispensable Requirements:

Autonomy level. 7–10 years of experience in operational or managerial direction of business units with at least 50 collaborators, ideally in Clubs, hospitals, hotels, sports centers, or premium services. Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business, or related.

Responsibility over team. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex budgets. 50 employees.
