CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Location: Avenida de la Industria Farmacéutica, Isidro Fabela, Lerma de Villada, Edo Mex Contract type: Hiring with Kelly Schedule: 08:30 a.m. - 07:00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Handling of incoming and outgoing calls
• Follow-up on sales cases, after-sales, complaints, clarifications, and requests
• Management of leads generated via website and digital channels. Customer service via email, social networks, and other media.
• Registration and updating of information in CRM or databases
• Follow-up on satisfaction surveys, JD Power, and online reviews
• Support in the generation of reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Monitoring of service indicators
• Collaboration in process improvement and service quality.

Requirements

• Completed high school or bachelor's degree (incomplete or completed)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or contact center.
• Proficiency in Excel – to generate reports with advanced search filters
• Experience in case follow-up and multichannel service.
• Desirable experience with CRM or ticketing platforms.
• Intermediate English to assist customers via phone calls.
• Desirable experience in the automotive sector.
