Logistics Analyst / SAP MM/SD - Santa Fé Zone

We are looking for an Analyst capable of providing functional support to internal users in business applications, mainly SAP, supporting incident analysis, ticket tracking, user testing, and process documentation, with the objective of ensuring the operational continuity of the involved areas.

-Salary: $32,300 (MXN) gross monthly -Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00AM to 6:30PM and Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM -Modality: Hybrid. -Location: Mexico City, Santa Fé zone -Contract: Indefinite

Main functions:

• Receive, analyze, and follow up on incidents or requirements reported by internal users in business applications.
• Identify if reported problems correspond to functional, technical, process, or tool usage errors.
• Provide first and second-level functional support in SAP and other applications used by the company.
• Escalate complex incidents to technical teams, SAP consultants, or global support teams when necessary.
• Follow up on tickets through Service Desk tools, ensuring clear documentation, response times, and proper closure.
• Support the management of roles, profiles, and user access in SAP, in accordance with internal procedures.
• Participate in UAT testing with end users, documenting results, findings, and validations.
• Support the gathering and documentation of operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal and global teams to follow up on incidents, changes, or improvements in applications.
• Support continuous improvement projects, basic automation, or report generation using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Prepare follow-up reports, functional documentation, and simple work plans for specific projects or requirements.
• Provide support in processes related to SAP SD/MM and electronic invoicing, according to the candidate's experience.

Requirements:

• Engineering in Business, Informatics, Logistics, Industrial, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in application support, functional analysis, SAP support, SAP key user, or similar positions.
• Experience providing support to internal users and ticket tracking.
• Functional knowledge in SAP, preferably SD and/or MM modules.
• Experience participating in UAT testing or validations with users.
• Experience in documentation, gathering, or mapping of processes.
• Desirable experience in consumer goods, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or service companies.
• Desirable knowledge in electronic invoicing.
• Desirable experience with Power Platform tools: Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Advanced English level necessary for meetings, documentation, and follow-up with global teams.
