Payroll and Tax Analyst | Fiscal Security
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Modality: Hybrid (3 x 2). Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, CDMX. Gross monthly salary: $30,000 - $35,000 MXN. Project duration: 3 months.
“We are looking for a specialist with experience in payroll, taxes, and social security, with management of high-volume operations (+2,000 collaborators) and knowledge in IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, SAT, ISN, IVA, ISR, and REPSE.”
Main functions:
- Calculate, determine, and manage the payment of employer-employee quotas before IMSS and INFONAVIT.
- Administer salary variability and evaluate its impact on social security contributions.
- Prepare and present tax returns related to ISN, IVA, and ISR.
- Ensure compliance with obligations derived from REPSE, including uploading and updating information on client platforms.
- Coordinate and follow up on payroll stamping processes and SUA operation.
- Prepare tax, labor, and social security reports.
- Participate in the preparation and review of tax audits, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Manage procedures and processes on government platforms such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT.
- Analyze indicators related to labor costs, taxes, and social security contributions.
- Automate and optimize databases, controls, and area reports.
- Identify opportunities to reduce expenses, mitigate risks, and improve fiscal efficiency.
- Incorporate technological tools and artificial intelligence solutions to streamline fiscal and payroll processes.
Essential Requirements:
- Professional background in Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración, or a related career.
- Solid experience in taxes, payroll, and social security.
- Practical knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, SAT, ISN, IVA, ISR, and REPSE.
- Experience managing processes related to headcounts exceeding 2,000 collaborators.
- Management of databases and preparation of high-volume reports.
- Analytical capacity to interpret indicators, detect risks, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Focus on compliance, precision, organization, and continuous improvement.
- Interest or experience in process automation and the use of artificial intelligence tools.
Desirable:
- Outsourcing companies or specialized services under the REPSE scheme.
- High-volume payroll operations.
- Organizations with complex labor structures and multiple work centers.
