Inventory Analyst - Parque Industrial Queretaro / Queretaro

International Company in the Automotive sector requests: Inventory Analyst (specialized experience in inventory analysis and control, reliability level, etc.)

Requirements:

• Education: Incomplete Bachelor's degree or graduate
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday shifts, occasional shift rotation.
• Indispensable to have knowledge in SAP management
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and metrics
• Indispensable to live near Parque Industrial Querétaro or have a car to commute to work without problems.
• Indispensable intermediate English
• Specialized knowledge in Inventory Analysis and control, cycle counts, IRA inventory reliability level, knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices, physical vs. system inventory management, wall to wall inventories, inventory reconciliation, etc.
• Indispensable to have good numerical skills, data analysis, knowledge of the FIFO system (first in - first out), and knowledge of inventory terminology.
• Knowledge of inventory metrics (kpis), monitoring, and analysis of the same.
• Inventory problem solving
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, best practices, inventories, cycle counts, inventory planning and control
• Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in inventory analysis and control, extensive knowledge in cycle counts.

Activities:

• Responsible for performing cycle counts (schedules, monthly reports, inventory reconciliation, IRA reliability level, first in - first out).
• Planning, analysis, and control of inventories (physical and in SAP system)
• Responsible for analyzing inventory issues and participating in their resolution.
• Responsible for understanding the conversion factor, consistency, accuracy, and their impact.
• Responsible for understanding inventory methods and performing reports.
• Will be responsible for reconciling each cycle count and performing root cause and trend analysis.
• Follow up on raw material and finished product inventory problems.
• Responsible for presenting inventory analysis reports.
• Implement procedures for the collection and documentation of all inventory transactions and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor and manage inventory metrics, such as inventory accuracy, inventory levels, and statistical analysis, to support the company's strategic objectives.
