Vacancy: D2C Data & Operations Analyst | eCommerce

Location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX and Cuautitlán Izcalli Modality: On-site Salary: $30,000 MXN gross monthly

We are looking for professionals with experience in operational and logistical data analysis, handling of SAP Business and advanced Excel, who enjoy identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing processes, and generating valuable information for the business.

What will you do?

• Cleaning, analysis, and debugging of operational information.
• Management of operational information for warehouse / logistics / eCommerce.
• Daily use of SAP Business for master data management and performance analysis.
• Construction and consolidation of strategic reports.
• Follow-up on incidents and data standardization.
• Participation in operational audits in the warehouse (WH) and review of SOP compliance.
• Support in the implementation and improvement of systems.
• Support in capacity analysis, forecast, and continuous improvement projects for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in operational/logistical data analysis.
• Indispensable experience in SAP Business / eCommerce.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• Advanced/conversational English.
• Availability for field work.
• Proactivity.
