In our 12-month trainee program, you will gain comprehensive insight into the world of controlling and investment management. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze company key figures, support strategic decisions, and develop an understanding of how economic success is managed.

Your tasks at a glance:

• You will get to know the diverse tasks of investment controlling in practice.

• You will support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasts.

• You will create evaluations and projections as a basis for investment and management decisions.

• You will analyze key figures and prepare relevant insights for management.

• You will take on your own tasks from the very beginning and actively participate in projects.

• Together with experienced colleagues, you will develop your specialist knowledge step by step.

Your profile looks like this:

• Completed education at Matura level (e.g., HAK) or a completed Bachelor's degree with an economic focus.

• Initial practical experience in the field of accounting, Finance, or Controlling is an advantage, but not a must.

• Strong affinity for numbers as well as enjoyment in recognizing and analyzing connections.

• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel; SAP skills are an advantage.

• Good English skills as well as a careful and structured way of working.

• Willingness to learn, initiative, and the desire to take on responsibility.
