Your Mission

As Senior Manager and Program Manager, you will take on technical and economic responsibility for central subject areas and project portfolios. You will manage several projects simultaneously, strategically develop our services and actively drive the expansion of our business.

What you move:

• Management of complex project portfolios and several project managers in parallel
• Technical responsibility and quality assurance across multiple projects
• Development of strategies, concepts and innovative solutions in the field of processes & logistics
• Responsibility for customer relationships as well as active expansion of the business
• Management of bidding processes including pricing and negotiation
• Leadership, mentoring and further development of project managers and consultants
• Active stakeholder management at top management level
• Further development of methods, services and areas of expertise

Your Profile

You are a professional who thinks strategically, acts pragmatically and enjoys shaping the future.

What you bring:

• Degree in the field of logistics, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL or comparable
• approx. 7-12 years of experience in consulting and/or project management with comprehensive customer responsibility
• Demonstrable experience in managing several projects or programs
• Strong strength in stakeholder and top management environments
• Experience in business development, bidding strategy and negotiation
• Experience in leading project teams as well as in the further development of project managers in a project context
• Very good technical expertise in processes, logistics and/or Supply Chain
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong result orientation
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel - around 30% is a good guideline
