Your Mission

As a Junior Consultant, you will support our project teams in various Intralogistik and process projects. You will work your way into new topics in a structured manner, take on your first individual task packages and develop step by step into an independent project employee.

What you move:

• Support in projects through analyses, research and preparation of data
• Collaboration in the creation of presentations, evaluations and project documents
• Preparation and follow-up of workshops and coordination meetings
• Support in the analysis of processes as well as derivation of initial improvement potentials
• Collaboration in topics surrounding Intralogistik, material flow and processes
• Structured documentation of results and project steps
• Close cooperation with experienced Consultants and project teams
• Continuous further development of your professional and methodical skills

Your Profile

You are curious, willing to learn and want to develop yourself in a project environment.

What you bring:

• Completed studies or shortly before - e.g. in BWL, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or comparable
• Initial practical experience (internships/working student activities) in a project or Logistik environment is an advantage
• Structured and careful way of working as well as good analytical understanding
• Interest in Logistik, Intralogistik and process topics
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good English skills
• Willingness to travel - depending on the project
