Your Mission

As an Expert Project Management Consultant, you are a central part of our project teams and independently take responsibility for clearly defined project areas. You structure, control and actively drive topics forward and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, purposefully and with high quality. In doing so, you bring your project management expertise to various customer projects, ideally with a connection to logistics, Supply Chain or intralogistics projects.

What you move:

• Independent control of sub-projects along clearly defined goals, schedules and budgets
• Planning, structuring and active tracking of project progress, milestones and dependencies
• Ensuring transparency through regular reporting, status updates and project communication
• Active stakeholder management - both internal and external
• Preparation, moderation and follow-up of project meetings, workshops and decision rounds
• Identification of risks and derivation of suitable measures to ensure project success
• Close cooperation with the project management to coordinate complex project structures
• Support in the further development of project management standards, tools and templates
• Contribution to the successful implementation of projects - from planning to realization

Your Profile

You work in a structured manner, take responsibility and reliably drive projects forward.

What you bring:

• Completed studies (e.g. BWL, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or comparable)
• 2-4 years of experience in project management or in a project-driven environment
• Experience in the independent control of work packages or sub-projects
• Confident handling of classic project management methods (planning, tracking, risk & resource management)
• Structured, analytical way of working as well as clear and confident communication
• High level of personal responsibility, reliability and team orientation
• Ideally initial contact with logistics, supply chain or infrastructure projects
• Fit in MS Office
• Very good English skills as well as willingness to travel
