Your Mission

As Associate Manager Intralogistik, you will take responsibility for complex projects and lead your team confidently through all project phases, from conception to implementation. You combine technical excellence with entrepreneurial thinking and ensure that our projects have a sustainable impact on our customers.

What you drive:

• Management of complex intralogistics and transformation projects through to implementation & commissioning
• Responsibility for project team, budget, quality and results
• Leadership and further development of your project team - professionally and personally
• Development and implementation of holistic intralogistics and automation concepts
• Conducting analyses as well as deriving viable target images and solutions
• Design of material flow, layout and process concepts
• Ensuring economic solutions through sound Business Cases (ROI / TCO)
• Active stakeholder management as well as management of customer and partner relationships

Your Profile

You are a professional who thinks strategically, acts pragmatically and enjoys shaping the future.

What you bring:

• Degree in the field of Logistics, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL or comparable
• Approx. 5-7 years of experience in consulting or project management - ideally in intralogistics
• Demonstrable experience in leading complex projects including implementation responsibility
• Strength in leading project teams as well as in stakeholder and customer management
• Very good knowledge of intralogistics, material flow, layout planning or automation
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in proposal and concept creation
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally ERP/WMS systems
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel - around 30% is a good guideline
