Your Mission

As Associate Manager Bau, you will take responsibility for complex construction and infrastructure projects, from planning to implementation. You will lead a project team, manage all project participants and ensure that projects are realized economically, on schedule and with high quality.

What you move:

• Management of complex construction and infrastructure projects
• Responsibility for project team, budget, quality and results
• Management of all project phases from planning to implementation/commissioning
• Leadership and further development of project teams
• Active stakeholder management as well as management of customers and partners
• Ensuring economic solutions and sound decision-making bases
• Identification and management of project risks
• Contribution to the further development of processes, methods and structures

Your Profile

You are an experienced leader in the project environment and steer projects confidently to success.

What you bring:

• Degree in the field of Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau or comparable
• Approx. 5-7 years of experience in project management or consulting in the construction or infrastructure environment
• Demonstrable experience in leading complex projects through to implementation
• Strength in leading project teams as well as in stakeholder and customer management
• Very good understanding of construction processes, project management and economic contexts
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in proposal and concept creation
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally ERP/WMS systems
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel - around 30% is a good guideline
