KEK Insurance Brokers Ltd is seeking a suitable candidate to join our team as Assistant Manager – Technical. The successful candidate will support policy placement, risk assessment, client service and technical operations, while providing technical guidance, coordinating with insurers, and supporting claims and business development activities. Responsibilities

Manage policy placements, renewals, endorsements and amendments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion. Assess client risks, review insurance requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Respond to client enquiries, coordinate with insurers and follow up on outstanding requirements to ensure prompt service delivery. Drive revenue growth through business development, client retention, cross-selling and upselling, while supporting claims processing, follow-up and the identification of additional insurance solutions. Supervise assigned staff, allocate work, review performance and provide technical guidance and coaching. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, monitor performance indicators and recommend improvements to technical operations. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. Intermediate ACII/CI or equivalent professional insurance qualification. Minimum 4–5 years’ relevant insurance/technical experience, preferably within insurance broking. Experience in policy placement, risk assessment, client service and insurer coordination. Experience supervising or providing technical guidance to junior staff is preferred. How to Apply
