Driver

Responsibilities:

Follow assigned schedules and routes while ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times. Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle maintenance. Assist with loading and unloading goods or equipment when required. Keep all vehicle documents, licenses, and insurance records up to date and readily available. Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic delays and ensure efficient transportation. Respond appropriately to emergencies, accidents, or breakdowns and report incidents promptly.

Requirements:

A minimum of SSCE/High School Certificate. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a professional driver. Good knowledge of local routes, road networks, and traffic regulations. Ability to operate different types of vehicles safely. Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good time-management and organizational skills.
