Your tasks

Objective: The warehouse assistant is responsible for product receiving, physical and system inventory management, shipping our products via courier companies or direct delivery to our customers, and maintaining the warehouse in optimal conditions of hygiene, organization, and safety to prevent accidents.

Requirements

Education and experience

• High School Certificate
• One year of experience in warehouse and shipping logistics.
• Experience in the seed industry is a plus.

Knowledge, skills, abilities

• Experience in inventory management; control of entries and exits
• Experience in receiving, labeling, and stacking product
• Knowledge of NAV, SAP, or any other inventory control system
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Knowledge of the bajío area to make physical deliveries to our customers
• Experience in shipping logistics via freight companies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with one hour for lunch and rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
