Part-Time Remote LinkedIn Outreach Associate

About the company

Keepwell Payments is an independent payments agency, not a bank or payment processor. We offer US small business owners a free review of their card processing statement, so they can see what they pay today.

Your tasks

• Find and connect on LinkedIn with owners of card-heavy local businesses (restaurants, salons, auto shops, retail) in US metro areas from Keepwell's target list. Every message is sent by hand from Keepwell's approved message templates. No bots, automation tools, browser extensions or scraping.

• Say who you are in every message: your first name, that you represent Keepwell Payments, and that Keepwell is an independent payments agency.

• Share your personal upload link only after an owner replies with interest on LinkedIn, so they can send their statement themselves. Never send it by text. You never collect, photograph or keep statements.

• Stop at the first "no," and log every conversation and opt-out in our shared tracking sheet the same day. Never record any business's financial details.

• If an owner says no or asks you to stop, stop messaging them and log it.

• This role is LinkedIn outreach only. No phone calls.

What you won't do: sell, quote prices, promise savings or sign anyone up. Michael, our founder, handles every conversation after the owner shows interest.

Requirements

You'll be a good fit if you

• Have strong written English

• Can work at least 5 hours a week (about 1 hour a day), with some overlap with US business hours (for example 2pm–10pm WAT, which is 9am–5pm ET)

• Have a reliable laptop, steady internet and an active LinkedIn profile under your real name (no shared, fake or US-based personas. You'll always be honest about where you're located)

• Have experience in social media outreach, lead generation, sales development or virtual assistance (a plus, not required)

What we offer

Pay

• $4.00 USD per hour, for logged hours

• Plus a $20 USD bonus for each statement a business owner uploads through your link that Keepwell marks qualified

• Paid every other Friday in USD via Wise or Payoneer. You'll complete a W-8BEN form.

• This is an independent contractor role. You set your own schedule.

How to apply

How to apply: Send a short message in English saying why you're a fit and which hours you can work. Then complete a short written test: write a LinkedIn opener (under 300 characters) to the owner of a busy local restaurant, inviting them to a free card processing statement review. The top 4 applicants get a paid 1-week trial at $4.00/hr.
