About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate and engaging content about cybersecurity, identity security and emerging technology. This role will cover both Keeper’s products and broader industry topics, including security trends, best practices, compliance requirements, technical challenges and thought leadership. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer who enjoys learning complex products, asking thoughtful questions and making technical information accessible. Experience writing about cybersecurity, SaaS, identity security, privileged access management or related technologies is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Research and write technical content about cybersecurity, identity security, privileged access management, password security, non-human identities and related technologies

Create product one-pagers, datasheets, solution briefs, comparison guides, white papers, blog posts and website content

Develop educational content about industry trends, security risks, compliance requirements, best practices and emerging technologies

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate and audience-appropriate messaging

Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to understand product functionality, use cases, benefits and differentiators

Work with Engineering and subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy and ensure content reflects current product capabilities

Develop content for technical and business audiences, including security leaders, IT administrators, DevOps teams, developers, compliance professionals, partners and end users

Review and update existing content to ensure it remains accurate, current, consistent and aligned with Keeper’s messaging

Create content that clearly explains technical workflows, architecture, integrations, implementation considerations and customer benefits

Collaborate with SEO to develop search-informed content briefs and optimize content for relevant audiences and search intent

Maintain consistent terminology, tone, style and product naming across all technical content

Interview internal subject matter experts and turn technical discussions into polished, structured content

Manage multiple content projects simultaneously from research and outlining through review, revisions and publication

Stay current on cybersecurity trends, industry terminology, compliance requirements and emerging technologies

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical writing, content marketing, product marketing or a related field

Experience writing about technical products, software, cybersecurity, SaaS or enterprise technology

Ability to understand complex technical information and explain it clearly to different audiences

Strong research, interviewing, writing and editing skills

Experience creating structured content such as product documentation, technical briefs, datasheets, solution briefs or product pages

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, marketers and other subject matter experts

Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy

Ability to multitask and be a self-starter

Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy

Experience managing multiple projects and incorporating feedback from several stakeholders

Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments and meet deadlines

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements

Experience with cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access management, password management or compliance

Familiarity with content management systems, preferably WordPress
