Keeper Security is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our EMEA IT team and provide hands-on technical support to employees across our Cork office and wider European organization. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position based within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office.

About the Job
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to Keeper employees, helping resolve hardware, software, account access and workplace technology issues. You will be a key point of contact for employees in the Cork office while also supporting remote users across EMEA. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users and keeping workplace technology running smoothly. You will support employee onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, account administration, asset management and day-to-day IT operations while escalating more complex infrastructure or security issues when appropriate.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for employees across Windows and macOS environments
Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, operating systems, business applications and user access issues
Provision, configure and deploy laptops and other equipment for new employees
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access changes and equipment management
Administer user accounts and access across Google Workspace, Microsoft, SaaS applications and other enterprise systems
Manage and track IT hardware, software assets and inventory
Diagnose connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi and basic network issues
Support conference rooms, audiovisual equipment and other workplace technology within the Cork office
Document incidents, resolutions and troubleshooting steps within the IT ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to senior IT, Security or Infrastructure teams with clear technical documentation
Assist with endpoint management, software deployment, patching and device security controls
Follow IT security, access control and data protection policies when supporting users and systems
Help maintain internal IT documentation, knowledge articles and standard operating procedures
Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to support troubleshooting, documentation, research and workflow efficiency
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support or a related technical role
Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS users in a business environment
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, account access and common workplace technology issues
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft technologies or similar enterprise productivity platforms
Experience provisioning and supporting employee laptops and peripherals
Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including user accounts, groups and permissions
Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi and VPNs
Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical issues and resolutions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills when working with technical and non-technical users
Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritise issues based on urgency and business impact
Ability and willingness to use AI-assisted tools effectively to improve troubleshooting, research and documentation
Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland and be able to commute to Keeper’s Cork office as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting SaaS or cybersecurity organisations
Familiarity with mobile device management or endpoint management platforms
Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Familiarity with basic Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID or other identity platforms
Experience supporting office networking, conference room or audiovisual technologies
Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft or similar
