Production Team Leader (f/m/div.)

Your contribution: Supports production supervisors in managing all production activities; Supervises assigned production tasks according to established quality guidelines and EHS requirements; Keeps the team motivated and oriented towards the objectives defined by the department; Delegates necessary tasks to the members of the production group or the line assigned to them; Coordinates Daily Management, in resolving technological or procedural problems, as the first level of escalation; Initiates ad hoc corrective measures in cooperation with the Maintenance and Technical teams; Performs process confirmation and identifies deviations between the PQI and the operators' operation; Acts as a Senior Operator in the group and leads the operators technically.

What differentiates you:   Experience in leading production teams; At least 2 years of experience in people management; Knowledge in the areas of production, quality control, maintenance and industrial processes; Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Advanced Excel; Good leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution skills; Availability to work in shifts (fixed), specifically T3 (16:30 to 01:00)
