Your tasks
- Design quality plans and apply quality tools and methods during industrialization;
- Coordinate or participate in the resolution of problems that arise in daily production using a structured method and verify effectiveness;
- Monitor and handle the response to complaints, ensuring they are timely and appropriate;
- Support improvement projects to enhance process performance, product quality, or reliability;
- Participate in regular quality meetings with internal customers;
- Monitor product and process quality performance during manufacturing; Report KPI / Quality Results to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications ✔️ Recent Graduate/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Quality, and similar;
✔️ Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
✔️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel ✔️ Great communication skills;
✔️ Teamwork and dynamism;
✔️ Ability to handle stress and pressure inherent to the role;
