Operations Coordinator

Your tasks

Job Description: We are looking for a Packaging Process Coordinator responsible for developing, implementing, and improving auto parts packaging and repackaging processes, ensuring compliance with the specifications and quality requirements of our automotive sector customers.

Responsibilities:

• Review and control customer packaging specifications and instructions.

• Develop work procedures, visual aids, and packaging standards.

• Validate materials, labels, quantities, and packaging methods.

• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production areas.

• Follow up on indicators, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and change control.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering or related field

• Experience in packaging, repackaging, or automotive logistics processes.

• Knowledge of quality tools and root cause analysis.

• Proficiency in Excel and technical documentation.

• Intermediate-advanced English, indispensable, for communication with international customers.

• Proactivity, organization, and problem-solving ability.

What we offer

Salary: $14,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Work from Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day schedule with one hour for lunch
