Mechatronics Engineer

1. Machine Design

• Design Jig, Fixture, Tooling parts, and equipment in the production process using SolidWorks
• Prepare 2D - 3D engineering drawings for production or part repair
• Evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of new design approaches
• Develop and improve machines in the electronic parts production line

1. Machine Assembly

• Assemble and install machines and automation systems in the production line
• Inspect and evaluate new machines before introducing them into the actual production process
• Prepare Work Instruction documents and machine assembly manuals

1. Process Improvement

• Analyze and improve production processes using Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Reduce defects and increase production line efficiency (OEE / Cycle Time)
• Design and develop Poka-Yoke to prevent errors in the process
• Join quality and cost improvement projects with QA and Production departments

1. Machine Troubleshooting & Analysis

• Perform Root Cause Analysis when machines malfunction
• Propose and implement Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Monitor and analyze maintenance history data to reduce Downtime

Qualifications: No gender restriction, Thai nationality, aged 24 years or above (New graduates are welcome) Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Fundamental knowledge of mechanical part design such as Jig, Fixture, Tooling Able to use SolidWorks or other CAD software (SolidWorks proficiency will be specially considered) Able to read and prepare 2D/3D engineering drawings Fundamental knowledge of production processes and automation systems Knowledge of or interest in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke concepts Basic understanding of engineering problem-solving (Root Cause Analysis / CAPA) Systematic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare documents and communicate technical information clearly Excellent basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Internship experience in industrial or electronics industries, or completion of projects or theses related to machine design, process improvement, or automation systems will be specially considered Able to read technical English
