HR - People Experience (Paid Internship)

Job Description:

• Assist in creating a positive and engaging work environment through various HR initiatives.
• Support employer branding efforts by contributing to creative content and campaigns that reflect company culture.
• Help design and execute employee engagement programs, such as internal events, appreciation days, and virtual activities.
• Support recruitment process to make a better resource and culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather employee feedback and support initiatives based on insights.
• Contribute ideas for internal communication strategies that build connection, transparency, and belonging within the team.

Job Requirements:

• Able to operate visual editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a HYBRID environment.
• Available to start immediately.
